This is an incredibly simple recipe! In general, it always seemed to me that making marzipan at home was difficult and unrealistic, but I got keto-marzipan the first time and amazingly quickly. Comrades, I swear by my cocked hat, there is nothing to do here for 1 minute. If the keto guests are already on your keto doorstep, then you will have time to make marzipan candies for them faster than they take off their shoes. If, of course, you have the necessary ingredients, which I will also discuss below.

Ingredients for marzipan:

  • Almond flour. I only had 100 grams, and thank goodness, because if you make too many candies, then it is impossible to resist, and gluttony is not our method.
  • Aromatic additive. It can be anything, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, lemon juice, alcohol. I had an almond extract purchased from Iherb from this link. Half a teaspoon.
  • Drinking water. 3-4 tablespoons, how much flour will take.
  • Sugar substitute. I bought Swerve (erythritol), which is praised by many foreign keto gurus and I'm very happy with it. This recipe took about 2 tablespoons, although the original recipe advises to put more, but sweet is a matter of taste. I love the almond flavor, but not sweet. This Swerve is sold via Iherb link. I was wrong to buy only one package, this is an excellent sahzam, absolutely odorless.
  • Something to sprinkle. I had coconut flakes, but cocoa and chopped nuts and chocolate chips will do. To your taste.

How to make keto marzipan in 60 seconds

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Knead with a spoon until a very thick dough, until the flour absorbs absolutely all the liquid. Shape the candies and roll in whatever you want. You can put a nut inside. Everything! Yes, it's that simple. Can be eaten immediately or stored in the refrigerator. By the way, almond flour needs to be refrigerated, like all nuts, did you know?

Cool recipe? I won't lie that I thought of it myself. Found it from Martina Slayerova, the original click-click-link version of keto marzipan, but as you will notice, it is much sweeter. Martina offers 80 grams of Swerve per 100 grams of flour. For my taste, this is already cloying.
Do not forget to brew coffee with your marzipans, armored coffee is also suitable. But, most importantly, try to stretch this serving for a couple of days, and not eat it all at once if you want to lose weight.

By the way, isn't it time for me to tell you where to buy almond flour in Moscow? Iherb also has almond flour, but now for some reason there is a status of "out of stock" and it's easier for me to buy in stores.
