Yes, there can be pizza without carbohydrates and flour. A very simple recipe for a standard pizza, even a child will work.

The foundation

1 pc head of cauliflower

1 pc Egg

1 tsp Oregano

Salt, pepper to taste

Filling

120 ml Marinara sauce (sugar free)

100 gr Mozzarella

25 gr Parmesan (all cheese can be replaced with Russian)

50 gr Champignons

80 gr Cooked-smoked sausage (gluten and sugar free)

1

Preheat the oven to 200 g, place the parchment on a tray, brush the parchment with a thin layer of oil.

2

Divide the cabbage into inflorescences, grind in a blender or food processor until fine grains are present. Place the cabbage in a microwaveable container and microwave on maximum power for 4 minutes.

3

Let cool. Squeeze out excess water using cheesecloth or sieve. Beat the egg, add spices, salt, pepper, mix everything well.

4

Put the mixture on a tray, form a pizza base approximately 1 cm thick. Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from the oven.

5

How to make the sauce? You can use ready-made pasta sauce with a minimum carbohydrate content, if you come across everything with sugar, you can do it yourself, it's simple - heat up st. a spoonful of olive oil, while the oil is heating, add 1-2 cloves of garlic, as soon as the garlic begins to turn black - remove it from the pan, add a jar of tomatoes in your own juice (without sugar!). Bring the mixture to a boil, add salt, pepper, oregano to taste, a mixture of Italian herbs and fresh basil is very desirable.
Cook until thickened for 3-4 minutes, turn off, let cool. After that, grind everything with an immersion blender directly in the pan - the sauce is ready.

6

Brush the base with the sauce, place the filling ingredients on top, cover with cheese, bake for another 15 minutes.
